Erie County Sheriff Timothy Howard Tuesday said his office is investigating the death of an Akron girl, who collapsed while playing soccer in the Akron Falls Park.
Emily Adamczak, 14, was playing at the Akron Falls Park Sports Complex when she collapsed in cardiac arrest.
She was treated at the scene by members of the Akron Fire Department, which transported her to Millard Suburban Hospital, where she died a short time later.
