Arrest in Fatal Hit And Run

Kenmore, NY - (WBEN) Police in Kenmore have made an arrest in connection with a fatal hit and run accident Saturday evening. Authorities say that the victim, identified as Russell Reuman, was struck and killed by a pick-up truck while crossing Military Road near Victoria Boulevard just after 6:00 p.m. Thanks to the help of witnesses, police were able to locate the vehicle and arrest the driver identified as Paul J. Modica. Modica has been charged with DWI, leaving the scene of an injury accident resulting in death and vehicular manslaughter.
