Mensch Capital Partners has extended the contract of Westwood Country Club's operators through December of 2014.  Mensch Capital continues to pursue a land swap of the Westwood property for that of the Audubon Golf Course with the town of Amherst.

The NFTA has made available reserved, covered parking at Buffalo Niagara International Airport.  Those reservations can be made through the airport's website.

Buffalo-based Synacor has formed a joint venture with Maxit Technology Incorporated of China.  The combined entity will be known as Synacor China LTD.  No terms of the deal were made public.

Local business solutions consulting firm GEMKO Information Group has formed a partnership with Actifio, which specializes in copy data management solutions.
