Local gas prices are inching back up once again.  The AAA pegs the average cost for a gallon of unleaded in the region at $3.72.

Falcon Land Development LLC has paid $1.4 million for the former Royalite Plaza between Bailey and Sweet Home on Sheridan Drive.  Shanor will remain the anchor tenant.  At least three new stores will be coming soon, including Mattress & More of WNY and Vineeta International Foods.

The Toronto Star reports Tim Hortons will soon add a gluten-free coconut macaroon to its menu.

Research in Motion has officially changed its name to that of its main product - Blackberry.

Solar Liberty of Buffalo was awarded 6.5 megawatts of solar power projects by NYSERDA.  Two of those customers are Wegmans and Cummins, Incorporated of Jamestown.

Marketing communications agency Eric Mower + Associates has launched EMA Energy and Sustainability.  The new group helps energy providers promote their services.
