One penny less is what we're paying at the pump since Monday.  The AAA reports that the current average for unleaded gas in the region is $3.67.  That's still thirty-one cents higher than the current national average.

Four new Patient Service Centers have been opened by Kaleida Health Laboratories.  They are at 2325 Sheridan Drive in Tonawanda; 6363 Transit Road in Lancaster; 2290 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo and 3900 Union Road in West Seneca.

An expanded casino room has re-opened at Batavia Downs.  The $12 million expansion includes a new sports bar "Rush 34" hosted by former Bill Thurman Thomas.

Sevenson Environmental of Niagara Falls has surpassed one million total safe man hours at its Welsbach & General Gas Mantle site in New Jersey.

Third quarter net income for M&T Bank was off $1.5 million from the same period a year ago.
