Three downtown development projects, bringing a potential of $13 million in private-sector investments, are seeking incentives through the ECIDA.  Business First reports the projects involve plans to renovate a former Verizon vehicle maintenance facility on Ellicott Street into the home base for one of the city’s newest breweries; a proposal to turn the former Spaghetti Warehouse building on Elm Street into a mixed-use development anchored by apartments; and Sinatra Realty’s continued plans to bring a series of late 1800s and early 1900s era buildings back to life.

Kaleida Health has officially sold the vacant Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital property.  A partnership headed by TM Montante Development bought the parcel for $1.   The current plan is to convert the 10-acre site into a mixed-use campus, with a development price of $63 million.

Another deal was struck before year's end; Will Poultry Co. has agreed to be bought out by an undisclosed local investment group.  No monetary terms of that deal were made public.
