The Buffalo Planning Board has another pair of sizeable projects to look over during it's July 16th meeting. The former A&P distribution center on Swan Street is being eyed by a development group as part of a $42 million mixed-used facility. Mesmer Refrigeration has already planned to move out to a new Buffalo location. The board also contemplating a proposal to add a second story to The Hatch restaurant on the waterfront. The expansion cost estimated at $1.4 million.
The USA Niagara Development Corporation has entered into an agreement with The Hamister Group on a $25.3 million mixed-use hotel project at 310 Rainbow Boulevard in Niagara Falls.
Coming in late July to the Walden Galleria is Orazio's Italian Crepes as part of the upper level food court.
Copier Fax Business Technologies has added a Production Scanning Department.
