The ECIDA was busy handing out abatements and tax breaks to more than just the HarborCenter project yesterday.  Two Rocco Termini projects received more than $900,000 in abatements; his re-use plan for the FWS Warehouse on Elmwood Avenue and a Grote Street warehouse.  In addition, Kittinger Company received requested aid for a re-location of its headquarters to Transit Road in Clarence, but the Conventus plan was tabled by the ECIDA.  $4.25 million in tax breaks were being sought.  Concerns over a lack of tenants related to bio-medical research has delayed that deal for now.
