The Buffalo Planning Board has agreed to developer Rocco Termini's plan for a hot dog and beverage restaurant made of shipping containers. The two-story restaurant will be located almost across the street from Catholic Health’s new headquarters downtown.
Developer Jake Schneider, through his affiliate Schneider’s Niagara Street Buffalo LLC, has purchased two vacant buildings between 285 and 295 Niagara Street for $1.35 million. The plan is to renovate the sites into a mixed-use project apartments and some commercial or retail space.
At the Advertising Club of Buffalo's annual ADDY Awards, Crowley Webb took home 31 awards, including the Best of Show Award. Gelia received a total of 16 awards, Print Collection was honored with two gold awards and SKM Group took away three awards.
