TM Montante Development's renovation of the former Spaghetti Warehouse building has its first tenant. Syracuse-based engineering firm C&S Companies plans to move into office space there during April 2014. The building will also include 22 apartments.
ECMC has filed plans for a $12.5 million renovation to expand its orthopedics program. Business First reports that space will be freed up on the sixth floor. It will include 22 private patient rooms, a physical therapy rehabilitation area, and room for pre-surgery orthopedic educational classes.
The KegWorks Store celebrates one year since its opening on Military Road in Kenmore tomorrow. KegWorks will hold a three-day sale tomorrow through Saturday on everything you’d need for a bar, except the alcohol. There WILL be local brews on tap Saturday.
