Stockton, NY (WBEN) Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies charge a Stockton man with sexually abusing two girls. Deputies say 78 year old Samuel Hoard abused the two girls at his home between July 30th and August 3rd. An arrest warrant was served this morning following an investigation. Hoard has been arraigned and is at the Chautauqua County Jail.
