Buffalo, NY (WBEN Newsroom)  -- With the specter of a bankruptcy auction looming next month, the Statler Towers has lost another tenant. Business First reports the state Worker’s Compensation Board offices will relocate to the Cyclorama building on Edward Street. The Statler auction is set for August 12th.
 
Fitch Ratings has re-affirmed a “AA” rating for outstanding secured bonds by the Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority. That improves the city’s ability to borrow money and borrow it at lower rates.
 
M.J. Peterson Real Estate has acquired McKnight, Hogan and Noonan of Lockport. Jim Noonan will work for M.J. Peterson from his Lockport office.
 
Local audio visual company BAV Services is in the midst of a record-breaking month. The company is servicing a total of 13 conferences and events across the country, including one in Honolulu, Hawaii.
 
Canterbury Woods Continuing Care Retirement Community will celebrate its 10th anniversary with an open house next Tuesday. The event will run from 1-4pm at 705 Renaissance Drive in Williamsville.
