Buffalo, NY (WBEN Newsroom) -- With the specter of a bankruptcy auction looming next month, the Statler Towers has lost another tenant. Business First reports the state Worker’s Compensation Board offices will relocate to the Cyclorama building on Edward Street. The Statler auction is set for August 12th.
Fitch Ratings has re-affirmed a “AA” rating for outstanding secured bonds by the Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority. That improves the city’s ability to borrow money and borrow it at lower rates.
