Who Owes NYS Taxes?
View separate lists of delinquent individual and business taxpayers who have outstanding tax warrants. Each list includes the top 250 warrants that were filed in the last 12 months, ranked by amount of tax owed. NYS updates these lists each month.
Note that the lists exclude warrants where the taxpayer has protested the related bill, filed for bankruptcy, or is paying the debt pursuant to an installment payment agreement. If a taxpayer takes one of these actions after the warrant is listed, the warrant is not removed from the list until the following month.
For further information regarding the appearance of warrants on these lists, see NY's more information page.
