Kodak Offers Its Rochester Business Park for Sale

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - Kodak is putting its 1,200-acre Eastman Business Park in Rochester up for sale.

The photography and film pioneer emerged from bankruptcy in September as a smaller company focused on commercial and packaging printing.
Its sprawling business park, meanwhile, has been undergoing redevelopment as a multi-tenant industrial hub.
Chief Executive Officer Jeff Clarke says Tuesday that Kodak believes that a firm focused on the transformation would best help the park reach its potential. The company declined to reveal an asking price.
Spokesman Christopher Veronda says Kodak will maintain a significant presence at the site and become a tenant of the new owner.
