The band of snow concentrated on the area from the city south and led to dozens of accidents and Sunday slowdowns. Eventually the snow settled further to the south as the plows moved in and the snowblowers came out to move the snow that fell during the three hour burst.
A Lake Effect Snow ADVISORY is posted for Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties until 1pm.
