* LOCATIONS...NORTHERN ERIE COUNTY...PARTICULARLY THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN SUBURBS OF BUFFALO.

* TIMING...EARLY THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE TONIGHT.
