Actor Dennis Quaid's wife, Kimberly Buffington-Quaid, filed for dissolution of marriage on Tuesday. She filed for divorce twice in 2012.
Back in 2012, her first divorce documents revealed, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities...that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation." They reconciled but now...not so much. The couple made news a few years ago when their twins were given an almost fatal does of Heparin in the hospital after birth (Don't worry, they are now active 8 year olds).
Dennis Quaid has been married three times, most notably to actress Meg Ryan. The actress later told InStyle, "It was a great story. But what wasn't in the story was the reality of my marriage for nine years. Dennis was not faithful to me for a long time, and that was very painful. I found out more about that once I was divorced."
Actress Leah Remini is putting together a new show for TV, and it's all about how the Church of Scientology rips apart families.
Leah says she's been in the church since age 9 but left in 2013.
"As time goes on, you start to lose touch with the real world. The mindset becomes 'us against them,'" Remini revealed in an ABC 20/20 special. "The decision to leave is you are giving up everything you have ever known and everything you have worked for your whole life."
No word yet on when (or if) the new show will air.
Singer Selena will get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The honor comes 22 years after her death. Selena, who was fatally shot at a motel by the president of her fan club in 1995, will get her star along with 33 other people next year.
"The Committee looked carefully at each nominee and we feel that we have selected a great group of talent that will appeal to the tastes of many fans around the world," said the chair of the selection committee.
Others getting stars include Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Tyra Banks, Chris Pratt, 'N Sync, Amy Adams, Ice Cube and John Legend.
The Tetris movie was announced a while ago, but we now know that it won't be just one movie. According to the producer Larry Kasanoff, it's going to be a trilogy! Sounds pretty ambitious for a video game.
"That's correct," Larry told Empire, "and purely because the story we conceived is so big. This isn't us splitting the last one of our eight movies in two to wring blood out of the stone. It's just a big story."
Lady Gaga met with the Dalai Lama this week to talk about meditation and mental health. Afterwards China ordered her songs banned, while state-controlled media were ordered to condemn the meeting. A government official suggested he'd never heard of Lady Gaga and that the Dalai Lama was trying to promote Tibetan independence.
