Orchard Park, NY (WBEN) - OneTouch Direct, a marketing and call center partner to Fortune 500 companies across North America, will establish a customer service center in Western New York, creating 271 jobs. The company, which has more than $53 million in sales, will invest more than $1.5 million to build out and equip a facility in Orchard Park, New York.
The company was lured in by a state package of incentives that includes up to $1.25 million in performance-based Empire State Development Excelsior Jobs Program tax credits from the state in return for OneTouchDirect’s proposed investment and job creation commitments.
“Over the last several years, Western New York has begun to emerge as a hotspot for private sector growth,” Governor Cuomo said. “This partnership between government and OneTouch Direct will mean the creation of 270 jobs in the region, and demonstrates both the quality of the local workforce and the attractiveness of the area for businesses looking to grow and thrive.
