Plow Driver Admits Being Drunk on Job



Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A guilty plea from a city of Buffalo snow plow driver, who admitted he was drunk when his plow struck a cab and then a building last month.

47 year old James Evans made the admission in City Court Wednesday morning that he was driving the plow that hit a building near the intersection of Bailey and Arden on December 15th. Evans also admitted to striking a cab driver near Eggert and Kay, breaking the driver's left hand.

Evans will return to court February 19th. Evans pleaded guilty to charges of drunk driving, assault and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
