Taxi Driver Killed in Buffalo

Dennis Richards, chief of detectives, confirmed the homicide to reporters in Niagara Square on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the victim, Mazen Abdallah, 55, of Buffalo was found in the back seat of cab along the 700 block of Norfolk Ave. around 7 Wednesday morning. 

Police say they aren't releasing information about how the man was killed

Richards says Abdallah was last seen after making a pick up just before 5am Wednesday morning. 

Police are asking for the public's help in piecing together what the victim may have done after his final pickup on Wednesday morning.They're asking anyone with information about the man or his white Lincoln Town Airport Taxi, particularly between 5 and 7 a.m., to contact investigators at 847-2255.
