24 year old Danielle Kellogg admitted to driving drunk on Southwestern Boulevard in Brant on November 27, 2012, losing control of her car, crossing the center line, and crashing head on into the vehicle driven by Denise Hine causing the death of Hine's seven month old daughter Baylee Dion. Kellogg pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in the first degree, a higher charge than first filed.
Prosecutors say Kellogg also had cocaine and marijuana in her system.
Kellogg had a previous DWAI conviction in Chautauqua County back in 2010.
She faces up to 15 years in prison when sentenced on May 22nd. She is free on bail for now.
