Orchard Park, NY (WBEN) As first reported Thursday, an Orchard Park man faces new charges in two case of road rage where police say he used a taser on his victims.

Police say 18 year old Michael Overton was involved in two incidents, one on Wednesday where investigators say Overton used a taser on the victim. Overton was arrested at the municipal building after a town meeting Wednesday night and released. Thursday, Chief Mark Pacholek says investigators sought Overton again. "This incident happened on Mother's Day, where the vehicle description was identical," says Pacholec. "The victim didn't stop. The driver said Overton banged on her door with a taser and also made sexual gestures. She immediately took off to get away from him, which was a smart move."

Overton was arrested and released after arraignment.

In New York, it is illegal for a civilian to use a stun gun or taser.
