Two arrested in connection with South Buffalo meth lab

Police execute search warrant on Tuesday, catch suspects on Wednesday

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo police on Tuesday searched the house where a suspected meth lab was discovered a day prior.

Buffalo Police Lieutenant Jeff Rinaldo told reporters that enough evidence was uncovered by the department's narcotics unit which will lead to charges for the individual creating meth at the home located just before the 100 block of Macamley Avenue.

On Wednesday, Buffalo Police announced on twitter that two people were arrested in connection with the meth labs.

Rinaldo also said the materials found at the home could have triggered an explosion and praised the public for their help in the investigation.

Police did not release the name of the suspect they are looking for.
