Williamsville-based Property Solutions, Inc., the parent company of 6 Burke Crest LLC has entered into a long term agreement with S.E. Baker & Co., Inc. of Rochester, New York to provide property management services to its most recent property acquisition, the 20 unit Burke Crest Apartments in Spencerport.  R.J. Gullo Multifamily Realty of West Seneca served as the broker on the transaction.

The Village of Hamburg has a pair of ribbon-cuttings coming next week.  Monday at 11am, Comfort Zone Cafe celebrates 20 years in business at 17 Main Street. This coming Tuesday, Clifton Heights Apartments has its official opening at 4819 Southwestern Boulevard.

Vape store 180 Smoke is expected to open soon at 1068 Elmwood Avenue.  Business First notes the store sells electronic, or e-cigarettes, and other vapor smoking related items - but no tobacco products.

UB recently named Rodney Grabowski its new vice president for philanthropy and alumni engagement.
