The AAA reports that the average cost for a gallon of unleaded gas in the region has dropped by about a penny to $2.68.  That's twenty-five cents more than the cost one year ago.

Moog Inc. has agreed acquire Czech Republic firm VUES.  The purchase price is $65 million in cash.  VUES designs and manufactures customized electric motors, generators and solutions.

From donuts to pizza.  According to Business First, the closed Dunkin Donut stores at 3155 Delaware Avenue in the Village of Kenmore and 4395 Union Road in Cheektowaga will re-open later this spring as Domino’s locations.

National Career Fairs will host a hiring event tomorrow at the Adams Mark Hotel.  The event runs from 11am-2pm.  

Catholic Charities of Buffalo has attained a four out of four stars rating from Charity Navigator, a nation-wide nonprofit charity evaluator.
