Delaware North has acquired Magicgoal Ltd, which owns and operates premium quick-service UK concepts Prime Burger, Rotisserie Chicken and Sandwich & Co.  Monetary terms of the deal were not made public.

The Diocese of Buffalo has closed on an agreement with two investors who have purchased the former St. Columban Center for $1.4 million.  The property had been for sale since May of 2016.

According to Business First, private equity firm Lorraine Capital will open an office at 760 Seneca St. in Larkinville. 

Bank on Buffalo opened its second branch at 3049 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park Thursday.  Bank on Buffalo will open its third branch on November 16th on Sheridan Drive in Williamsville.

The grand opening for Dollar General’s newest store at 2391Grand Island Blvd on Grand Island is tomorrow at 8am. 

Northwest Bancshares Inc. and Northwest Bank have announced that Robert Seiffert has been hired to serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of both entities.
