So, talking is distracting
If you follow their argument that talking hands free distracts then if a person is having a conversation with someone sitting next to them in the car its a distraction and that states should ban more than 1 person in a car. Hands free is no more distracting than talking to a person with you.

This is a rediculous bill. Liberals get more ludicrous with control addiction every day. Texting - ban it. Cell phone non-hands free - ban it. Hands free - leave us alone!
