Gasoline Prices in WNY Not Falling As Fast As Elsewhere
What do you think? Why are our prices higher here?
I'm thankful to live near the Tuscarora Indian Reservation. Not only do I pay around 25 cent less, but the store I go to, Mike's, does not have added ethanol in their product. I get DRAMATICALLY more mileage with out the ethanol. Can someone please explain to me why we are burning our corn supply in our gasoline...oh yeah...I forgot about the government. Less mileage, higher costs. What a country!

I travel to P.A. once-twice a week where the average is $3.34/gallon. I believe it falls into the NYS tax/gallon as opposed to other states
Just moved down to GA gas is 2.99 and alot of other things are cheaper too. Miss some things in Buffalo but not how expensive things are.
How is it that I can travel to nearby Pembroke off the Thruway (less than 20 miles from my home) and pay $3.39 a gallon? Go just a litle further into the Rochester area and be in the range of $3.45 or so? What is going on????????????
