New York's "Move Over" law expanding on Sunday

Another money grab
New York State comes out with another law just about every other
week. The sole purpose of these, are to extract money from the
motoring public. About this move over law. Are you you guilty
if its a fake emergency, set up only to trap people?
I have seen Troopers who make six figure salaries, hiding behind toll booths, checking for seat belt violations.
These officers are the best of the best. Lets not use them
for fundraising.
