Could there be a Chris Collins vs Kathy Hochul congressional race on the horizon? After only weeks off of his job as County Executive, multiple media reports now link the former Erie County Executive to a potential run for Hochul's congressional seat in November. This would not be Collins' first run for Congress. In 1998, Collins unsuccessfully challenged John LaFalce, in the 29th Congressional district.
