Contest Rules
These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Buffalo, LLC d/b/a WBEN, WGR, WKSE, WTSS, WLKK, WWKB, and WWWS (collectively or individually as applicable, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, WGR’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well regardless of which Station you are listening to. A copy of these specific contest rules and WGR general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 500 Corporate Parkway, Suite 200, Amherst, NY 14226 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s websites: wben.com, wgr550.com, kiss985.com, mystar1025.com, kb1520.com, and am1400solidgoldsoul.com. A copy of the complete WGR’s general contest rules are also attached to these specific contest rules as Attachment A. To the extent that the WGR’s general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
How to Enter
1.NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2.Obtain and complete an official entry form including your name, address, age, phone number and email address from any one of the following locations/times:
a)the following station tables inside the Buffalo Auto Show located at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, 153 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202 during the following days and times: February 8th at the WBEN table from 3p-6p; February 9th a the WGR table from 3pm-7pm; and February 11th at the WGR table from 1pm-3pm
b)the RAM truck on display at the Western New York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram exhibit at the Buffalo Auto Show at located at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, 153 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202 from February 8, 2012 through February 12, 2012 during regular hours of operation, and/or
c)any of the following participating automotive dealerships from February 8th to March 12th, 2012: Towne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, West Herr Dodge, West Herr Chrysler Jeep, Transitowne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – West Seneca, Transitowne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – Williamsville, Northtown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Mullane Chrsysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Joe Cecconi’s Chrysler Complex, Castilone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, McClurg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Lake County Dodge, Paul Brown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and Upstate Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Entries must be received by Entercom on or before March 16th.
3.To enter, mail or hand deliver the completed official entry form(s) to one of the following two locations:
a)Hand delivery only at the following station tables inside the Buffalo Auto Show located at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, 153 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202 during the following days and times: February 8th at the WBEN table from 3p-6p; February 9th at the WGR table from 3pm-7pm; and February 11th at the WGR table from 12noon-2pm or
b)either mail or hand deliver (during regular business hours only) to “Travellin’ Ram” c/o Entercom, 500 Corporate Parkway, Suite 200, Amherst, NY 14226 (which entries must be received by Station on or before 5pm on March 16, 2012).
4. A maximum of fifty-five (55) entrants will be selected from all entries received by March 16, 2012 in a random drawing on March 19, 2012 to win the qualifying prize and will be qualified to participate in the Grand Prize Event for a chance to win Grand Prize, subject to confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules (Qualifiers). The potential Qualifiers will be contacted by phone at the phone number listed on his or her entry blank by March 20, 2012. If selected, entries that do not include a valid phone number will be disqualified and an alternative entry selected in its place (time permitting). Station will only be required to leave one (1) message at the telephone number the Qualifier submitted on his or her entry. If no answer or answering machine is reached, Station will not be obligated to attempt any further contact. It will then be the sole obligation of the potential Qualifier to make personal contact with the appropriate Station representative by 5pm on March 21, 2012. In the event that a Qualifier is not contacted live by the deadline required in this paragraph for any reason, Station reserves the right (but not the obligation) to deem such person's opportunity to participate as a Qualifier as forfeited (with or without notice to such person) and to select one or more additional entries, time permitting, and to attempt to contact those persons directly (but, in such event, Station will not be obligated to leave any messages and can elect instead to select entries until they reach someone live to confirm as a Qualifier and any person who has received a missed call from Station shall not have any rights as a Qualifier in this contest).
5.A person may only become a Qualifier once in this Contest. Qualifiers cannot transfer or assign their qualifying spots to other persons
How to Win
6. All Qualifiers (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules) will be invited to participate in Grand Prize Event. The Grand Prize Event will take place on March 24, 2012 starting at 10am EST at The Hamburg Casino located at 5600 McKinley Parkway, Hamburg, NY 14075.
7. IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT, QUALIFIERS MUST ATTEND THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT IN PERSON ON MARCH 24, 2012 AT THE HAMBURG CASINO AND CHECK-IN WITH STATION STAFF NO LATER THAN 11:30 AM (ET). Qualifiers must check-in at the WGR Check-In Table between 11 am and 11:30 am. Qualifiers must present a valid government-issued picture ID and will be required to sign a Release “as-is” at check-in (“Registered Quailifiers”). If a Qualifier has not checked-in and produced and executed all required documentation at the WGR Check-In Table by 11:30 am. (EST), such Qualifier will be disqualified and their opportunity to participate in any portion of the Grand Prize Event shall be forfeited.
8.Upon checking in, each Registered Qualifier will be randomly assigned a team logoed t-shirt. There will be 13 teams representing the 13 sponsoring car dealerships. There will be 4 t-shirts for the following 10 dealerships: Towne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, West Herr Dodge, West Herr Chrysler Jeep, Transitowne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – West Seneca, Transitowne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – Williamsville, Northtown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Mullane Chrsysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Joe Ceconis Chrysler Complex, Castilone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and McClurg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram; and 5 t-shirts for the following three dealerships: Lake County Dodge, Paul Brown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and Upstate Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
9.At approximately 11:30 am, the Registered Qualifiers will gather by teams. A station representative holding a stack of cards (stack contains 7 black cards and 7 red cards) will randomly assign one card per team. After all 13 teams have a card, the station representative will flip over the last remaining card in the stack. The Registered Qualifiers in the teams possessing the same color card as the station representative will be deemed “Semi-Finalist” and move on to the next round. Registered Qualifiers’ teams not possessing the same color card as the station representative are eliminated from the contest.
10.Next, the station representative holding a bag with 6 poker chips (3 red and 3 white) will randomly assign one chip per team. After all 6 teams have a chip, the station representative will spin a wheel with an equal number of red and white spaces. The Semi-Finalists in the teams who possess the same color poker chip as the color the wheel lands on will be deemed “Finalist” and move on to the next round. Individual members of the Semi-Finalists teams not possessing the winning color poker chip are eliminated from the contest.
11. Next a station representative will randomly assign a card to each individual Finalist out of a deck containing one king, one queen, one jack, and enough jokers to total the deck to equal the total number of individual Finalists. Each Finalist will be instructed to keep card facedown and hidden until all Finalists have a card and the station representative prompts all Finalists to turn their cards over. The three Finalist individuals holding the king, queen and jack from the cards provided by Station will be deemed the “Final Three” and move on to the next round. All Finalists possessing jokers are eliminated from the contest.
12.The Final Three will line up according to their cards with the king first, the queen second and the jack third. One at a time, each of the Final Three (in order of their cards) will step forward and press the button on the casino’s preprogrammed slot machine. The slot machine will have three different programmed settings that will randomly display one of each setting over three spins. (Settings will only include: Grand Prize Winner, Runner Up Winner, and Sorry Not a Winner). The one of the Final Three who spins “Grand Prize Winner” on slot machine will be deemed Grand Prize Winner and the other of the Final Three who spins “Runner Up Winner” will be deemed Runner Up Winner (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these contest rules). The contest shall be immediately over once both the “Grand Prize Winner” and the “Runner Up Winner” settings are displayed. If applicable, the remaining Final Three member will NOT be permitted to press any button to spin slot machine if the Grand Prize and Runner Up prize notifications have already come up on the slot machine for the other two Final There members. A non-winning spin will display “Sorry, Not a Winner” and the associated Final Three member who spun that message will be immediately eliminated from this contest.
13.All Contest participants hereby agrees to strictly follow all instructions and directions given by Station personnel at the Grand Prize Event and understands that any intentional failure to comply with these Contest rules or procedures or instructions given by Station staff or any attempt to trade, purchase, or otherwise secure a position in this Contest (whether as a qualifier, semi-finalist, finalist, final three or otherwise) will result in immediate disqualification, as determined by Station in its sole discretion. In no event will any “deal-making” between participants be permitted. Station reserves the right to disqualify any person that it suspects has participated in or offered or accepted any type of “deal-making” with respect to this Contest.
14.In the event of any mechanical failure with the slot machine that results in Station determining (in its sole discretion) that the contest cannot continue as planned, the Grand Prize and Runner Up Prize will be awarded from among the Final Three in any random mode determined by Station.
15.In the event that the Grand Prize Winner is disqualified prior to the awarding and delivery of the grand prize, the Runner Up will be awarded the grand prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these contest rules) in addition to keeping the previously awarded runner-up prize.
16.Odds of becoming a qualifier depend upon the number of entries received. Odds of a Qualifier becoming a Semi-Finalist will in no event exceed 1:3. Odds of a Qualifier becoming the grand prize or runner up winner will be no greater than 1:55. Odds of a Semi-Finalist becoming a Finalist will in no event exceed 1:2. Odds of Finalist become one of the Final Three will be no greater than 1:5. Odds of one of the Final Three winning the grand prize or runner up prize is 1:3.
Prize(s)
17.One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The verified Grand Prize Winner will receive:
a. one (1) 2012 DODGE RAM 1500 REGULAR CAB EXPRESS 4X2 (the “Grand Prize”) with an approximate MSRP of $25,000. The Grand Prize Winner must accept delivery of vehicle from the designated Western NY Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership by May 30, 2012 but after verification of eligibility and verification of the Grand Prize winning requirements as outlined in these Official Rules. Prior to being awarded the Grand Prize Vehicle, potential Grand Prize Winner must (a) pay all associated fees estimated at $2435.00 including (i)all applicable sales tax (approximately $2187.50 based on the tax rate of the County the winner resides in), (ii) $75 Doc fee, (iii) $10 NYS inspection fee, (iv) title and registration fee estimated at $150, and (v) NYS tire tax of $12.50, (b) sign one or more liability release agreements, affidavits of eligible and/or prize receipts, and (c) sign any other document required by the designated Western NY Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership for the award and transfer of the Vehicle. The Grand Prize Winner shall comply with all Department of Motor Vehicle Insurance Laws, Rules, and Regulations of New York State. Grand Prize Winner must show proof of insurance (if required by law), and social security number to receive Grand Prize Vehicle. Grand Prize Winner may be required by Station to obtain and pay directly for any federal or state required insurance coverage. In addition, Grand Prize Winner shall receive an IRS Form 1099 and such prize will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service for the 2012 tax year for the total fair market value of all items included in the Grand Prize. Neither Station nor any Sponsors have made or is responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to such Grand Prize Vehicle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the Grand Prize Vehicle. Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete all relevant transfer documents and to be available for Stations or Sponsors to contact them with the date and time the Grand Prize Vehicle can be picked up from the dealership during regular business hours at a mutually agreed upon date. FAILURE TO COLLECT THE GRAND PRIZE VEHICLE AND DELIVER ALL REQUIRED PAYMENTS AND FORMS BY MAY 30, 2012 WILL CONSTITUTE FORFEITURE OF THE GRAND PRIZE VEHICLE. IF FORFEITED, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF STATION AND THE STATION MAY CHOOSE TO AWARD PRIZE IN THE MANOR DESCRIBED IN SECTION 14. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, ALL ENTRANTS IN THIS CONTEST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE GRAND PRIZE VEHICLE MAY HAVE HAD LIMITED USE BY THE DEALER AND WILL BE AWARDED TO THE WINNER “AS IS” AND THE VEHICLE MAY HAVE UP TO 3,000 MILES.
b.And the following:
i.A $1,000 Noco Express gift card valid at any Western New York location.
ii.A Niagara Falls Discover Pass for two valid May 25, 2012 to October 24, 2012 at Niagara Falls State Park Attractions in Niagara Falls, USA. Value $66

ix.Two annual passes to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Florida which expires December 31, 2012. Value $112
The Grand Prize is not transferable or assignable. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash.
18.One (1) Runner-Up Prize will be awarded. The verified runner-up will receive a $1,000 gift card to Noco Express, good at any location in Western New York which may be picked up at the Station within 30 days of winning. Runner-up must provide a copy of a valid government issue photo identification and social security number to claim prize.
19.Qualifier Prizes:
i.Up to 55 Qualifiers will receive a $25 gift card to Noco Express, good at any location in Western New York which may be picked up at the Station within 30 days of winning.
ii.Up to 55 Registered Qualifiers will receive upon check in at Grand Prize Event: A certificate for one complimentary lunch buffet, value $13.95, and a $10 free play. Both valid at the Hamburg Casino on March 24, 2012 only and must be a Players Rewards Club Member (which is free to join) to use the $10 free play.

21.THIS CONTEST IS BEING CONDUCTED AS DESCRIBED ABOVE ON WBEN, WGR, WKSE, WTSS, WLKK, WWKB, and WWWS AND LISTENERS AND WEBSITE VISITORS OF ALL OF THOSE RADIO STATIONS AND OTHER ELIGIBLE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC MAY ENTER THIS CONTEST.
22.Other restrictions and requirements regarding prizes listed above are disclosed in the WGR general contest rules.
23.The written general contest rules of WBEN, WKSE, WTSS, WLKK, WWKB, and WWWS are NOT applicable to this contest.
24.Entrant must be 21 or older as of March 24, 2012 in order to compete in Grand Prize Event and/or win any prize in this contest.
