Pegula's "Starting Today..." Speech, One Year Later
So was he just way too optimistic, one year ago?

He did bring hope with that speech
Well at the time he did inspire us. He meant well. He, like many of us, over estimated the talent on the team. I haven't seen the Sabres this bad in over 10 years. Maybe we can 'retool' and be competitive next season.
