The money isn't going directly to them; SOME of it is going to a general assistance pool that probably won't help those already wronged. After all, they "...filed over 100,000 foreclosure proceedings..." - $4 mil is not that much against this number. And "..agreed to not represent lenders or servicers in new foreclosure-related cases for a period of two years." ONLY two years? That's it?! It should be permanent, maybe even with permanent dis-barment from ever practicing law. I hope that people get together now and begin civil proceedings against these guys and really take them down. Remember what happened to OJ?
