Bus Aide Charged with Assaulting Autistic Boy



Lackawanna, NY (WBEN) State Police have arrested a bus aide after they say he struck a 15 year old autistic boy.

Troopers say D'Andre Robinson assaulted the teen while on a bus headed toward Baker Victory Services in Lackawanna last Friday. The teen suffered facial injuries.

Robinson is charged with assault and will appear in West Seneca Town Court next Friday.
