Bob Mendez -- director of the Erie County Water Authority -- says it was a leak in a 12-inch line on Ransom Road near Broadway that was causing the problem.
"We do have the leak isolated, and the system is working its way back to normal pressure in that particular area of Broadway and Ransom," Mendez says.
Mendez says the system is working fine overall -- pumping through about 92 million gallons of water per day, due to the warmer weather and holiday weekend activities, such gardening work and filling pools...
