Clarence (WBEN) -- A Clarence business, which was closed down following a prostitution arrest in October 2011, is closed again for the same reason.

Two women born in Beijing, China, are under arrest and charged with prostitution and forcible touching of another's sexual intimate parts, the Erie County Sheriff's Department announced Friday night. 

Sheriff's Detectives conducted a recent undercover sting operation at a business around the 9000 block of Sheridan Drive in the Town of Clarence.  It's the same location where the State Police last October charged an employee with prostitution. 

The Town of Clarence Building Inspector closed the business down after that arrest and did so once again after this latest arrest.

Complaints from area store owners suggested that this business had reopened once again as a massage parlor and that sex was being exchanged for money, the department says.

The massage parlor had advertised in local papers for deep tissue; shiatsu; and Swedish massages by experienced licensed masseurs.

The department obtained a search warrant as part of the investigation through surveillance and use of an informant.

Investigators also found about $11,000 hidden in multiple locations throughout the building.

The department arrested Jiling Liu, 47, of Sheridan Drive, Clarence and Xiukun Gao, 42, also of Sheridan Drive, Clarence.

Each is charged with misdemeanor counts of Prostitution, forcible touching, and a felony violation of the New York State Education law. 

State law requires a license to perform massage therapy in New York, which is considered a medical procedure, the department says.

The Western District of New York Human Trafficking Task Force and Alliance along with Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) will work with the suspects to determine if human trafficking is involved.
