Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The man accused of fatally beating his ten year old stepson was in court today. 40 year old Ali Mohamed Mohamud pleaded not guilty to second degree murder. He's accused of killing Abdi Mohamud back on April 17th inside the family home in Buffalo. A pretrial hearing is set for June 25th.
