Irving, NY (WBEN) If you've driven along the Thruway over the years, you're familiar with a 30 foot Indian statue near Irving. That was found knocked down today. The owner, Cyrus Schindler, says it was left in a nearby ditch. State Police are investigating, and Schindler says he's not sure if it's vandalism or a high school prank.
