Paula Deen has launched a new partnership with Nanco Group of Buffalo to create Paula Deen Foods. No financial terms were announced, but the partnership will expand the number of Paula Deen products. Launch date for those products is expected in the third quarter of this year.

Sovran Self Storage has purchased a pair of Chicago facilities and another in Miami. Business First reports the acquisitions totaled $36.1 million.

Forty-nine new homes will be built in Buffalo's Fruit Belt neighborhood. The $16 million project under the St. John Fruit Belt Community Development Corporation is expected to break ground this September.

Greenleaf Development has paid a reported $2.56 million for the purchase of a 62-unit apartment complex at 1165 Delaware Avenue.

Locally owned Auto Max Leasing has moved its headquarters to 220 Orchard Park Road in West Seneca.

Vizcarra Vineyards in Gasport, New York received a gold medal, a Best Fruit and Best of Class for White Fruit Wines awards at the 2012 U.S. National Wine Competition in April.
