Jamestown, NY (WBEN) Police say a 43-year-old man has died after being hit by a vehicle while crossing a street in Jamestown last night. Police say Terry Harper walked into the path of a vehicle around 9:15 p.m. Monday. He later died at WCA Hospital. The investigation continues, but police say charges are unlikely against the driver.
