Local gas prices are down to an average of $3.63 for unleaded in the region. The AAA reports the pump price is down twenty-nine cents in the past month.

Ellicott Development Company has purchased a property at 344 Delaware Avenue for $5.5 million. That price includes a parking lot as well.

Business First reports the former Lafayette General Hospital on Lafayette Avenue is being eyed as the site for the West Buffalo Charter School. The ECIDA is working on an incentive plan for the $3.8 million project.

Under the ReCharge New York program, Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced 80 megawatts of low-cost power have been distributed among 161 businesses and non-profit organizations. Twenty-nine of those enterprises are in Western New York.
