(Buffalo, NY) WBEN  Looking for a place to cool off this weekend? The City of Buffalo is opening it's public pools this weekend. Centennial Pool was opened by the Mayor on Saturday.

All the other pools open today. here is the official listings:

ALL pools will be open on Sunday, July 1, 2012, from 11am-7pm.  City pools, in addition to its Splash Pads, will be open for the duration of the summer season through Labor Day, weather permitting, following their regular schedule. Pools and splash pads are closed one day per week for maintenance purposes on a rotating basis.

Wading Pools (max 2ft deep): 11am – 7pm

• MLK, Jr. Wading Pool – Humboldt Pkwy & Best St.
