Judge Rejects Paladino Lawsuit Against Buffalo Schools
Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A judge has ruled against Carl Paladino in his lawsuit over the hiring of Dr. Pamela Brown as Buffalo Schools Superintendent.
Paladino claimed the board violated the open meetings law by holding executive sessions to discuss a consulting fee for Brown until the formal contract was approved.
Judge Donna Siwek ruled Paladino did not prove his case, and that the board was within its rights to hold executive sessions.
"I think the judge was focused on what happened in executive chamber, rather than on what did not happen in the public forums of the school board, and that's unfortunate," says Paladino, who still believes the deliberations should have been in public view.
Paladino says he'll be in touch with his lawyers about what's next, but knows for sure, his fight will continue.

Status Quo
When the school board hired Williams and kept him on as long as they did and gave him a bonus on his way out, they proved beyond any doubt, one of two things:
1) They are too stupid to know any better
2) They are being paid off to do what they are doing
The other obvious issue is that black people are racist and I can't help but think that if a white person was in Williams' place they would have been more adamant about removing an incompetent incumbent.
Maybe there should be a charter school to teach crime since that's where so many of these kids wind up while their parents are obsessed with everything except how their children will break the chain of poverty, crime, drugs, alcohol and an early death.

Kudge Rejects Mr. Paladino's Law Suit
We should be thankful we have someone like Mr. Paladino cares about the cost to the taxpayers and the quality of education to the students.
