The Erie County Industrial Development Agency has agreed to extend an incentive package to the West Buffalo Charter School as it tries to obtain a permanent home on Lafayette Avenue. Business First reports the vote was 10-4 in favor - the bare minimum number of votes needed for the inducement package.

Welded Tube of Canada also received an incentive package from the ECIDA. The firm has agreed to invest over $50 million to build a site at the Tecumseh Business Park in Lackawanna. The move will lead to 121 new jobs.

Buffalo Medical Group has agreed to expand its provision of hospitalist services at Sisters Hospital. Under the agreement, BMG Hospitalists are expected to begin seeing patients at Sisters later this summer.

Contract food service management provider Personal Touch Food Service, Incorporated is moving its corporate offices. Personal Touch is leaving Franklin Street for 120 West Tupper on July 20th.
