Seneca Nation of Indians (WBEN) A late night accident involving a car and a motorcycle has resulted in the death of of a Derby man. Erie County Sheriffs say that 16-year-old, Paul Williams of Dunkirk was traveling west on Route 20 on the Seneca Nation Saturday night. Authorities say that Williams made a left turn and in doing so pulled in front of a motorcycle operated by 53-year-old, Charles Phillips who was traveling east on Route 20. 
Responders treated and transported Phillips to Lakeshore Health Care Center where he was later pronounced dead. Williams and his passenger, 27-year-old, Jessica Mann of Buffalo were not injured in the crash. The Erie County Sheriff's Accident Investigation Unit is continuing its investigation.
