SPCA Looks for Person Who Shot Cat with Arrow

Lackawanna, NY (WBEN) The SPCA is offering a reward of up to $500 for information leading to the arrest of a person who shot a cat in the forehead with an arrow.

The SPCA says Tommy, a five year old cat, was let out of his house in Lackawanna Thursday morning.

A few hours later, he was spotted in his yard with the arrow.

The cat was alive, and rushed by his owners to Elmwood Small Animal Hospital. There, it was determined the cat be euthanized for humane reasons.

Now the SPCA wants to know who was responsible.

Anyone with information can call a special hotline at 629-3502, and anonymous tips will be investigated.

Poll
How do you feel about allowing school districts a second vote on their budget plan?
As long as it's a different plan it's ok.
I'm ok with a 2nd vote for the same or a different plan.
  One vote and done!
