Washington, D.C. (WBEN) The Department of Defense confirms that a Rochester native is the latest American casualty of the Afghanistan war. 23-year-old, Pfc. Theodore M. Glende was killed July 27th in Lugar Province by small arms fire. Glende was a graduate of Niagara University and was recently married.
