Driver Tries to Avoid Goose, Rolls Vehicle Over



Wilson, NY (WBEN) Niagara County Sheriff's deputies say a driver tried to avoid a goose in the town of Wilson, and ended up rolling the car over.

Deputies say they received several calls about the crash late this morning, and found one woman ejected from the vehicle.

A preliminary investigation shows the driver tried to avoid hitting a goose then went off the roadway, losing control, with the car rolling over several times.

The woman thrown out of the vehicle was flown to ECMC, with the other four people taken to Eastern Niagara Newfane Hospital for treatment.
