Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation has re-worked plans for its 11-story, $90 million development at 1001 Main Street. Business First reports the new plan includes a 92-room hotel to occupy the top three floors. The Buffalo Planning Board will get a look at the revised plan August 21st.
The Buffalo Zoo is seeking bids to move its Parkside Avenue entrance. Officials want to incorporate a children's zoo barn building as the new main entrance.
The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency okayed assistance for a planned Comfort Inn and Suites and theme restaurant on Niagara Falls Boulevard in the Falls. It also approved Sustainable BioElectric LLC's plans to construct a renewable energy facility in the Wheatfield Summit Business Park.
Child & Adolescent Treatment Services holds a series of community information sessions beginning Tuesday, August 14th at 11:30am. The one hour events will provide an understanding of the programs and services available. Those sessions will be held at 301 Cayuga Road in Cheektowaga.
