North Tonawanda, NY (WBEN) A Town of Tonawanda man is facing new charges following a child abduction late last month. According to police, 34-year-old, David Grover, took the 5-year-old girl from her home after tricking the mother into leaving the residence. Grover was hours later at the father's residence in Tonawanda. Grover was an acquaintance of both parents.
Grover was originally charged with multiple crimes and will now face First Degree Sexual Abuse charges as a result of further investigation.
Grover has already served time in jail in connection with another child abduction case back in 2007.
